Azerbaijani Americans

The people from Azerbaijan are called Azerbaijanis and they have their own language and culture that is very different from other countries.
When these people come to America, they bring pieces of their culture with them. They might cook traditional foods like pilaf, dolma, and plov which are all very yummy foods. They might also celebrate holidays like Novruz, which is a new year celebration that happens on the first day of spring.
