BaKoni ruins
Okay kiddo. So you know how sometimes people build really cool things out of bricks and stones, right? Well, a long time ago in a place called South Africa, there were some people called the Bakoni.
The Bakoni people lived in this area and they built some really amazing things out of stones. They used these stones to build walls and buildings that they used for different things. Some of these buildings were used for worshiping and some were used for living in.
Now, as time went by, the Bakoni people moved away from this area and over a very long time, the walls and buildings they built started to crumble and fall apart.
But even though these buildings were falling apart, they were still really interesting to look at because they were made in a really special way. People call the places where the Bakoni people built these buildings "Bakoni ruins" because they're the remains of the structures that the Bakoni people built so long ago.
And today, lots of people visit the Bakoni ruins to learn more about the Bakoni people and see the things that they built so many years ago.
