Baghdad Pact

The Baghdad Pact was an agreement between a group of countries in the Middle East in 1955. These countries were Iraq, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, and the United Kingdom. The agreement was about working together to increase security and protect each other from any attacks. Each country agreed to protect the others if one of them was threatened.
