Bagnun

Okay kiddo, so bagnun is a type of fish soup that is very popular in a place called Liguria in Italy. It is made using fish broth, which is like a fancy soup made from the bones and head of fish. Cooks also add tomatoes, garlic, onions, and a special herb called basil to the soup.

The soup is usually served with slices of bread, which is called ciabatta, and a special sauce called bagnet. The bagnet sauce is made by mixing anchovies, garlic, bread crumbs, vinegar, and olive oil.

When you eat bagnun, you can put some of the bagnet sauce on the bread and dip it into the soup. Sounds yummy, doesn't it? It's a really tasty dish that makes you feel warm and cozy inside, just like a big hug!
