ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Baháʼí administration

Imagine a big group of friends who all believe in the same things and want to work together to make the world a better place. That's the Baháʼí community.

Now, imagine a way to make sure that everyone in the community has a say in how things are run and decisions are made. This is called Baháʼí administration, and it's like a big game of "telephone."

At the very top, there is one person who makes sure everyone knows what the plan is, kind of like the leader of the game. But instead of just telling everyone what to do, they listen to everyone's ideas and opinions first.

Then, they tell a group of people below them what the plan is and how they want to do things. That group of people is like the second level of the game, passing the message and making sure everyone hears it.

This continues on and on, with smaller and smaller groups getting the message and making sure it gets to everyone in the community. Each level of the game listens to everyone's opinions and ideas, and they make sure everyone feels heard and included.

This way, everyone in the community gets to be a part of decision making, and everyone's ideas are important. It helps keep the community strong and working towards their goals together.
