Ballistic parachute

A ballistic parachute is like an umbrella you have in your car! It helps you if you get into an accident. When you get into a bad crash, the parachute deploys and slows your car down so you don't get hurt. It's like a big, strong umbrella that comes out from the back of your car and slows it down before it crashes.
