Barbed tape

Barbed tape is a type of fencing that has lots of sharp barbs on it. It's usually made out of metal or plastic and it's used to keep animals or people from being able to get through it. It's like a wall of spikes that you can't walk through. The barbs are very sharp and can hurt if you touch them.
