Bargaining

Bargaining is when you try to make a deal with someone. It's like when you have some toys and your friend has some toys too, but you want one of their toys and they want one of yours. You might say, "I'll give you my teddy bear for your toy car" and then your friend might say, "No, I want your dinosaur toy too." So, you both talk and try to make a fair deal that makes you both happy. You might end up giving your friend both toys for the car or they might just take one toy for the car. It's all about trying to find a solution that works for everyone involved. When grownups bargain, it's often about money and prices or other important things like jobs or contracts. But it's still about trying to find a fair deal where everyone is happy.
