Bartholomew the Apostle

Bartholomew was one of Jesus' friends who helped him teach people about God. He followed Jesus around and listened to all his teachings. Bartholomew was also known as Nathanael and he was really good at figuring out when people were telling the truth.

After Jesus rose from the dead, Bartholomew went to different places to tell people about him. He wanted everyone to know how good Jesus was and how important it was to follow him. Bartholomew did a lot of preaching and healing to help spread Jesus' message.

One day, Bartholomew went to a place called India to tell people about Jesus. He did a lot of good work there and was very loved by the people. Sadly, someday, some mean people persecuted Bartholomew because he was talking about Jesus. They ended up killing him for telling people about the good news of Jesus.

But even though Bartholomew died, his teachings lived on and kept spreading the message of Jesus to people all over the world. Many people still remember him as a brave apostle who helped to share Jesus' love and teachings.
