Basque conflict

The Basque Conflict is a long-running disagreement between people in the Basque region of Spain and the Spanish government. The Basque people have their own culture, traditions, and language and have wanted more freedom, like the ability to make their own laws and have their own government. The Spanish government doesn't agree with this idea and has tried to stop the Basque people from doing things differently. This has caused a lot of arguing and fighting between the Basque people and the Spanish government.
