Bedtime

Bedtime means it's time for you to go to sleep. Your body needs sleep because it helps you grow and stay healthy. When it gets dark outside, your body starts to feel more tired, which means it's starting to get ready for bed.

Before bedtime, it's a good idea to brush your teeth and go potty so that you can be comfortable and not have to get up during the night. You can also get ready for bed by changing into your pajamas and getting cozy under your blankets.

When you're in bed, it's important to relax your body and your mind. You can lay down and close your eyes, and maybe listen to soft music or a bedtime story. Try not to think about anything that might make you feel worried or scared, and just focus on feeling calm and peaceful.

It might take some practice to get into a good bedtime routine, but it will help you feel better rested and ready for the next day. So always remember, when it's bedtime, it's time to go to sleep so you can be healthy and happy!
