Behavioral clustering

Behavioral clustering is like playing a game of detective. A behavioral clustering algorithm looks at how people behave or what they do and groups them into similar categories. For example, if you want to know who your most loyal customers are, you could use a behavioral clustering algorithm to look at different shopping behaviors and group together people who have similar habits. By understanding which customers behave similarly, you can figure out how to better serve them and keep them coming back.
