Behavioral operations research

Behavioral Operations Research is a type of study that helps people understand how people make decisions, how their reactions can change from situation to situation, and how those decisions can affect their lives, companies, or other groups of people. When people make decisions, the way they act may not always be what is best for them or for others. Behavioral Operations Research looks closely at how people make decisions and helps people think about how their decisions might affect others and make better decisions in the future.
