Beryllium

Beryllium is a type of metal that is very light and very strong. It looks like silver but it is a lot harder than silver. It is used for making strong things like equipment for rockets, cars and boats. It is also used for making very small and light things like special lenses for cameras. Beryllium helps to make things very strong so things don't break easily.
