Beta normal form

Beta normal form is a fancy way of saying that a mathematical equation is simplified as much as possible. Let's imagine that you have some blocks of different shapes and sizes. You want to arrange them in a way that makes a complete picture.

In the same way, when we have an equation, we want to put it in a way where it is very simple and easy to understand. Imagine that an equation is a puzzle that you have to solve. Beta normal form is when we put all of the pieces of the puzzle together in the right way so that everything is in its proper place and everything fits together.

Beta normal form is basically taking a complex equation and breaking it down into smaller parts that make sense. We do this by simplifying any variables that can be reduced or eliminating any unnecessary parts of the equation. Think of it like cleaning up your room. You want it to be neat and organized so that you can find everything easily. The same goes for an equation in beta normal form, it is neat and organized so that we can solve it easily.
