Bicycle law

When you ride a bike on the road, there are some rules and laws you need to follow to be safe and legal. These rules are there to protect you and other people around you.

For example, you have to wear a helmet to protect your head in case you fall off your bike. You also have to have lights and reflectors on your bike so that other people can see you in the dark.

When you ride your bike, you have to follow the same traffic laws as cars and trucks. This means stopping at stop signs and red lights, using hand signals to show which way you are turning, and staying in the bike lane or the right-hand side of the road.

You also have to be careful around other people on bikes, pedestrians, and cars. Always give them enough space when you pass them, and be aware of your surroundings so that you don't get into an accident.

If you break any of these rules, you may get a ticket or even get hurt. So it's important to always follow bicycle laws and be safe when you ride your bike.
