Biogenetic structuralism is the idea that some behavior patterns and basic systems of thought and perception are present in people from birth and come from our genetic makeup. This means that certain behaviors and thought processes are hardwired into us from the start and can't be changed. For example, humans tend to recognize patterns, categorize tasks, and develop language skills naturally over time. This is due to the fact that we are born with our minds already 'programmed' to do these things.
