ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Biosensor

A biosensor is like a regular sensor but instead of measuring things like temperature or sound, it measures things that are related to living things (like plants and animals). For example, a biosensor could measure the amount of sugar in your blood or the amount of oxygen in water. It does this using special parts that respond to the chemical or biological substance that it's measuring. The data from the biosensor is then sent to a computer or other device so that it can be analyzed and used to make decisions.
