Biosphere model

So, a biosphere model is like a pretend world inside a big glass jar! The world in the jar is made up of all the living things, like plants, animals, and humans, and the environment they live in, like the air, water, and soil.

When people study a biosphere model, they can see how different things affect each other. For example, if the plants don't have enough water or sunlight, they can't grow well. Then the animals that eat the plants won't have enough food, and they might die. And if too many humans live in the jar, they might use up all the resources and make the air dirty, so the other living things can't survive.

Scientists use biosphere models to learn how to take care of the real world we live in. They can figure out how to make sure there is enough food, water, and clean air for everyone and everything in the world. Pretty cool, huh?
