Blaand

Blaand is a type of traditional Scottish drink made from sheep's milk. It's similar to cheese, but instead of being solid like cheese, it's more like a liquid drink. First, they take the sheep's milk and heat it up to a certain temperature until it's thick and creamy. Then they add something called rennet, which is like a special chemical that helps the milk turn into a thicker, curdier texture.

Once the milk has turned into curds (the chunky parts), they use a tool called a "spurtle" to press out as much liquid as they can. This liquid is the blaand! It's a light, refreshing drink that's slightly tangy because of the fermentation process.

To make it even better, some people add flavors like honey or berries. But the most important thing to remember about blaand is that it comes from sheep's milk and is a special drink that people have been making in Scotland for a very long time!
