Black, Asian and minority ethnic

Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) is a term used to talk about people who come from different ethnic backgrounds. "Black" means people who come from African or Caribbean cultures, "Asian" means people who come from Indian, Pakistani or Bangladeshi cultures, and "Minority Ethnic" refers to all other ethnic backgrounds. This term helps us to understand and talk about the differences between people's cultural backgrounds and experiences, and to make sure that everyone is treated fairly and equally. The goal is to appreciate diversity and create a world where everyone is valued for who they are, no matter where they come from or what they look like.
