Blat (term)

Blat is a term used when you want to make a joke or say something funny, but in a more subtle way so that it doesn't seem like you are making a joke. Blat is like making a joke but not saying it out loud. For example, if you saw someone at the store with a bright green shirt and you said, "I like your shirt, it looks good with your green eyes," that would be a blat.
