Bluegrass music

Bluegrass music is a type of American folk music with roots in the Appalachian mountains. It is usually played with string instruments like the banjo, mandolin, guitar, fiddle and bass. Usually, bluegrass is fast and upbeat, with each musician playing a different part of the song and trading off leads throughout. It usually features lots of hard-driving rhythms and complex chord structures. To make it extra fun, musicians often incorporate improvisation or solos. Bluegrass is a great way to bring lots of people together to listen, dance, and have a good time!
