Bocadillo (dessert)

Okay kiddo, have you ever had a sandwich? Well, a bocadillo is like a sandwich but it's a dessert instead of having meat and cheese in it.

Bocadillo is a sweet treat that comes from Spain and it's made with a couple of cookies or biscuits with something yummy in the middle, like chocolate spread, dulce de leche (caramel sauce), or jam.

To make it, you take two cookies and put a big spoonful of the sweet filling on one of them, then put the other cookie on top to make a sandwich. It's really easy!

Bocadillos are really popular in Spain and they are perfect for a snack or as a sweet treat after a meal. You can also make them at home with your favorite cookies and filling. Yum!
