Bodh Gaya

Bodh Gaya is a special place in India where people go to learn about Buddhism. Many years ago, long before you were born, there was a man named Siddhartha Gautama who became the Buddha. There is also a big temple at Bodh Gaya called the Mahabodhi Temple. It is a very big and beautiful temple with lots of people who come to pray and learn about Buddhism. Inside the temple, there is a statue of the Buddha. People come to the temple to pray and meditate, which means they sit very still and think happy thoughts.
