Bologna declaration

So, the Bologna Declaration is like a promise that a bunch of countries in Europe made to each other. They all decided that they wanted to make it easier for people to go to college in any of these countries without it being super confusing. They agreed to do things like make sure that college degrees from one country are recognized in another country and make it easier to transfer from one college to another.
