ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Bounty (reward)

A bounty or reward is like a present that someone gives you for doing something good. For example, let's say you help your mommy clean up the living room by putting away all the toys and books in their proper place. Your mommy might give you a reward or a bounty for doing such a good job. It could be something like a tasty treat or an extra hour of playtime.

In the grown-up world, sometimes people offer rewards or bounties when they need somebody to do a very important job or find a missing thing. Let's suppose someone loses their cat, and they can't find it anywhere. They might offer a reward, like a hundred dollars or a nice dinner, to anyone who can help them find their cat. The idea is that if you work hard and do a good job, you will receive a reward or bounty for your effort.

So, in summary, a bounty is like a special gift you get for doing a great job or helping somebody. It could be money, food, or anything else that's special and valuable to you.
