Brain transplant

Brain transplant is something that is only seen in science fiction movies. It is not something that has been done in real life. In a brain transplant, doctors would take out a person's brain (the organ in our heads that controls our thoughts, behaviors, and movements) and put it into a new body. Since this has never been done, it is not known if it would be successful or not.
