Breaded cutlet

Okay kiddo, so a breaded cutlet is basically a piece of meat that has been coated in breadcrumbs before cooking. Think of it like putting a jacket on the meat - but instead of keeping it warm, the breadcrumbs make the meat crispy and delicious.

To make a breaded cutlet, you start by taking a piece of meat, usually chicken or pork, and flattening it out with a flat object like a meat mallet. This makes it even and thin, so it cooks evenly.

Next, you take some breadcrumbs, which are tiny pieces of dried bread that have been crumbled up into small pieces, and sprinkle them over the meat, making sure to cover it completely.

Then, you can add some seasoning like salt and pepper, or even some herbs and spices if you want to get fancy. And if you want the breadcrumbs to stick better to the meat, you can dip it in some beaten eggs first.

Once the meat is completely coated in breadcrumbs, you can fry it up in a pan with some oil until it's golden brown and crispy on the outside. And ta-da, you have a delicious breaded cutlet! It's perfect for sandwiches or on top of a salad, or even just on its own. Yum!
