Okay kiddo, do you know that when babies are born, they wear something called a diaper to catch their pee and poop? Well, sometimes when boys wear their diapers, they pee in a way that makes their pants and clothes get wet. This can be a big problem because wet clothes can make them feel uncomfortable and cold.
So, to stop this from happening, some parents use something called a breech or a breechcloth. This is a special piece of cloth that goes around the waist of the baby and covers their private parts. It kind of looks like a mini skirt or loincloth.
When the baby pees, the pee goes through a hole in the breechcloth and into the diaper. This helps keep their clothes dry and clean.
