Bresaola

Bresaola is a type of meat that comes from cows. It starts out as a big piece of beef and then gets salted and seasoned with things like garlic and herbs. Then, it is hung up to dry for a really long time until it gets all firm and chewy.

Bresaola is really tasty and you can eat it in lots of different ways. Some people like to slice it really thin and put it on top of crackers or toast. You can also eat it in sandwiches or salads.

The process of making bresaola is kind of like when you make beef jerky, but it's a little bit different because bresaola has different seasonings and it's made with beef from a cow instead of other types of animals.
