ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Briq

Briq is like a special kind of money that you can use instead of regular money. It is a way for people to invest in buildings and construction projects just like they would invest in a toy or a video game.

Imagine you were playing a game where you had to build a castle, but you didn't have enough money to buy all the bricks and tools you needed to finish it. You might ask your friends to help you, and in exchange for their help, you might promise to give them a piece of the castle once it's finished.

Briq is kinda like that. Instead of asking your friends for help, you ask people who have extra money to invest in your building project. They might give you some Briqs in exchange for a piece of the building or for some of the profits once it's finished.

And just like regular money, the value of Briqs can go up and down depending on how well the building is doing. If the building makes a lot of money, the value of the Briqs might go up, and if it doesn't, the value might go down.

But overall, Briq is just a way for people to invest in building projects and potentially make some money doing it.
