British Bulldog (game)

Okay kiddo, do you know how sometimes you and your friends play a game of 'tag' where one person tries to catch the others by touching them? Well, British Bulldog is kind of like that, but a bit different.

It's a game that lots of kids used to play a long time ago in England. To start the game, everyone stands on one end of a big field or playground. Then, one person (that's the 'Bulldog') stands in the middle.

The point of the game is for the other players to try and run past the Bulldog without getting caught. The Bulldog has to try and catch them by tagging them. If someone gets caught, they become a Bulldog too and join the person in the middle.

As more and more people get caught, the game gets harder because there are more Bulldogs trying to catch the players. The game ends when everyone has been caught, and the last person to get caught starts the next game as the first Bulldog.

It might seem a bit like your regular game of 'tag', but British Bulldog can get really intense and can be loads of fun with a big group of friends. Just make sure to be careful and not get too rough when playing!
