Broadcast engineering

Broadcast engineering is the art and science of making sure TV shows and radio programs reach the audience. Broadcast engineers make sure that the equipment that records, stores, controls, and broadcasts audio and video is working well and sending out the correct signals. They also test for any problems and make sure that the technical quality of the sound and picture is high. To do this, broadcast engineers use a variety of tools like cameras and sound mixers. They also use computers and other software to control the broadcast process.
