Broken Arrow (nuclear)

Broken arrow is a term used to describe an incident involving a nuclear weapon. It means that something has gone wrong with the weapon and it might accidentally cause a dangerous explosion. It's called a broken arrow because the symbol for danger is an arrow pointing downwards and the arrow has been 'broken' or broken apart. This means that the nuclear weapon is not safe and could cause an explosion.
