Buddhist vegetarianism

Buddhist vegetarianism is when people who follow the Buddhist religion choose not to eat animals. Buddhists believe in kindness and not causing harm, so they don't eat animals because it can hurt them. They don't eat animals because they believe that all creatures should be treated with kindness, love and respect. They don't eat any type of meat, seafood or eggs, because all of these things come from animals and could cause harm. Instead, Buddhists eat things like fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds. This helps them to be kind to the animals and live in harmony with nature.
