Building enclosure commissioning

Building enclosure commissioning is a process for checking that a building's exterior walls, roof, windows and other parts are working together to keep outside air and moisture out, and to keep the inside of the building comfortable and safe. It's like a check-up for the building to make sure everything is working right. A special team of inspectors looks closely at the building's enclosure and tests it to make sure that it is designed and built correctly. They check how well the different parts of the enclosure, like walls and windows, are sealed and insulated. They also make sure that the ventilation system works the way it is supposed to and keep outside air out. The commissioning team ensures that the building will stay safe and comfortable, and stay in good shape for years to come.
