Bull-leaping

Bull-leaping is a fun game that people used to play a long, long time ago. It was popular in a place called ancient Greece, which is like a really old version of the country Greece today.

So, bull-leaping is when a person tries to jump over a big, strong bull without getting hurt. But before they do that, they have to practice a lot! They practice by jumping over things like small stones, then bigger rocks, and then maybe even some animals like goats. Once they've gotten good enough, they can try jumping over a bull.

Now, a bull is really big and might get scared or angry if someone jumps over it. So, the person doing the bull-leaping has to know what they're doing and be really brave. They also have to wear special clothes that protect them and help them do cool jumps. These clothes are usually white and blue and look a bit like a dress.

When the time comes, the person doing the bull-leaping runs up to the bull and jumps over it. If they do it well, everyone cheers and they can feel proud of themselves. But if they mess up, they could get hurt or even die. That's why bull-leaping isn't very common anymore and is mostly just something people learn about in history books.
