Bundy standoff

The Bundy Standoff was a very heated situation that happened in 2014 between the United States federal government and a group of people led by Cliven Bundy. Cliven Bundy and his supporters refused to obey rules set by the federal government, which said they were not allowed to graze their cattle on federal land. The federal government sent in law enforcement officers to remove the cattle and due to the support Bundy had, a standoff took place with both sides refusing to back down. Eventually the federal government backed off and the beef cattle were allowed to stay.
