A burpee is an exercise where you go from standing up to lying on the floor and back up again, with some extra steps in between. To do a burpee, start by standing up straight. Next, bend down and put your hands flat on the floor. Then, jump both feet back so that you're in a push up position. Do one push up, then jump your feet back up towards your hands. Finally, jump up in the air with your arms above your head. That's one burpee!
