Buses in London

Okay kiddo, let's talk about buses in London! So, you know how cars drive on the roads and take people from one place to another, right? Well, buses do the same thing, but they are a bit bigger and can hold a lot more people.

In London, there are lots of different types of buses, but the most common ones are the big red ones. These buses run all over the city and usually have lots of seats inside where people can sit and ride to their destination.

Now, if you want to ride on a London bus, there are a few things you need to know. First, you need to wait at a bus stop. That's a special place on the side of the road where buses stop to pick up and drop off passengers. When you see the bus coming, you need to put your hand up and wave it so the driver knows you want to get on.

Once you're on the bus, you can find a seat to sit on or hold onto a pole if all the seats are taken. You'll notice that there are special buttons or levers near the seats that you can use to tell the driver when you want to get off. Just push the button or pull the lever when you're getting close to your stop, and the driver will stop the bus for you.

London buses are a great way to get around the city, and they can take you to lots of different places. They're also a good way to see the sights and sounds of London from a different perspective. So, the next time you're in London, be sure to hop on a big red bus and see where it can take you!
