ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Business semantics management

Business Semantics Management is when a company takes action to make sure everyone inside the organization is on the same page when it comes to how they talk about different things. All the employees are given a list of words and phrases they should and should not use, so that everyone is using the same language and understanding each other the same way. It also helps the company be consistent in their communications with customers and outside partners too. With Business Semantics Management, you can quickly find out what someone means when they say something, no matter where they work in the company.
