Buttocks

The buttocks are the two round fleshy parts on your backside that you sit on. They are made up of muscles and fat that help you stand up, walk, jump and run. They are also called the glutes. When you do exercises like squats, lunges or run, it helps to strengthen and tone your buttocks. Sometimes, people also like to enhance the size of their buttocks with exercises or surgery. It is important to keep your buttocks clean and sometimes cover them with clothes to stay modest.
