ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Cārvāka

Cārvāka is an ancient Indian philosophy. It focused on the idea that nothing exists except for the physical world and our senses. This means that there is no such thing as a divine being, an afterlife, or anything like that. Instead, the only thing that matters is enjoying our life while we have it. Cārvāka also argued that knowledge should come from our senses, like seeing and touching, rather than from religious texts or traditions.
