C. Delores Tucker

C. Delores Tucker was a very important lady who was concerned about how some music was making people think and feel bad things. She thought some music had bad words and messages for children which could make them think it's okay to do bad things like hurt other people. Tucker wanted to make sure people were aware of the bad things in music and did everything she could to stop it from being played or being bought by people who were too young to understand the bad things in it. She spoke to the big important people who ran the music industry to make sure they knew how she felt and worked hard to change things so that children could grow up listening to good, clean music.
