ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Calfskin

Calfskin is leather that comes from a baby cow. It's like the cow's skin, but much softer and more delicate because the cow is still young. People use calfskin to make things like fancy shoes, bags, and jackets because it looks and feels very nice. But it's important to remember that a baby cow had to give up its skin for us to have calfskin, so we should always be respectful and grateful for what we have.
