Cam engine

A cam engine is a type of engine that uses a camshaft to open and close the valves that let air and fuel into the engine. The camshaft is a piece of metal with bumps and grooves in it. When the engine spins, the bumps and grooves push the valves open and closed to let air and fuel into the engine and let the exhaust out. Without this camshaft, the engine wouldn't be able to run.
