Camunian rose

The Camunian rose is a special symbol that was first found carved into a rock in a place called Val Camonica in Italy many, many years ago. It looks like a flower with eight petals and a dot in the middle. Some people believe that it symbolizes the sun, while others think it represents a kind of map.

But what's really cool is that this symbol has been found in lots of different places around the world, even as far away as India and the United States! This means that a long time ago, people all over the world may have had something in common and shared some ideas.

Today, the Camunian rose is still a really important symbol in Italy, especially in the Val Camonica region. It's often used in art and jewelry, and some people even get tattoos of it!
