Candide

Candide is a story about a young man named Candide who lives in a world where bad things happen randomly, even if people do not do anything wrong. Candide is forced to go on a journey where he meets a lot of different people and experiences a lot of different things. He learns that the world is a difficult place and that it is important to be kind and helpful to people even during difficult times. He also learns that it is important to stay away from people who push a philosophy of hate and that it is important to think for yourself and make up your own decisions.
