Canoeing at the Summer Olympics is a fun game where people ride in a long, narrow boat called a canoe and try to paddle it as fast as possible through a river or a lake.
Sometimes there are two people in one canoe, and sometimes there is only one person in the canoe. The person or people in the canoe use big sticks called paddles to push the water back and forth and move the canoe forward.
At the Olympics, lots of different countries compete against each other to see who can paddle the fastest. They have to follow certain rules and stay in their own lane so they don't bump into other canoes. The winning team or person with the fastest time gets a gold medal!
